As we were driving down the interstate yesterday, Rebecca saw this and said, "Look Mommy, it's the Eiffel Tower."
How does she know about the Eiffel Tower? I blame it on The Wonder Pets Save the Poodle.

Every night as John and I are tucking her into bed, she picks out two books then says, "I gotta go to the bathroom." (Remember, she is not potty trained yet.) So she jumps up, runs down the hallway to the door frame of the office, turns around, squats a little, reaches out to her side, acts like she is wiping herself, stands up, reaches behind her, then runs back into her bedroom.
--------------------------------------------
In the car, Rebecca can listen to the same song over and over and over again. During Christmas we listened to Frosty and Rudolph on repeat. Then it was The Wonder Pets Save the Blowfish song, now it is the Imagination Movers' Nina.

Rebecca has become quite the comedian, and she does not mean to be. I find myself laughing at her constantly, especially with the things she says.
The other day we were talking about her becoming a big sister when baby sister arrives. I told her that I was a big sister, and that Laura was my little sister. She looked up at me, grabbed my face, and said, "Oh Mommy, I'm so proud of you!"
She loves to tell us, "Don't move a muscle!"
Every time I tuck her in her big girl bed she will say to me before I can say to her, "DO NOT GET OUT OF THIS BED!"
But the kicker (and I know this might be TMI and will embarrass her down the road): When I take a shower, Rebecca usually sits on my bed and watches TV. The other day after I showered, I walked into the bedroom to get dressed. As I put on my bra, Rebecca said, "Mommy come here." She started to pull at my bra and said, "Let me see your hips." I replied, "Honey, those are not my hips, those are my boobs." I guess we need to work on body parts other than head, shoulders, knees and toes.

She is obsessed with the alphabet these days. This is all due to this video. If you have small children, I highly recommend it. It teaches letters and their sounds. In less than a month, Rebecca can recognize most of the letters and their sounds, and this is without any poking and prodding from me. Promise.
She loves to read her ABC books that we have had forever.
She loves to point out letters when she sees them. The other day we passed by the W Hotel and Rebecca said, "That's a W. The W says Wwwwww."
She is also obsessed with Super Why! She could watch the same episodes over and over again if I let her.
--------------------------------------------
My most favorite thing about her these days is how she ask me to "snuggle her" which means to snuggle on the couch while she rubs my face and ears. It is the best!
